Northstar's core pilot uses Shopify product data so it can sync titles, SKUs, variants, and catalog structure. It does not need customer or order data for its current evidence and alert-review workflow.

Current posture
Built for a live single-store pilot
Northstar is operationally ready for one live merchant workspace. Public App Store scale still needs final Shopify partner configuration, billing approval, and multi-store workspace isolation.
Install behavior
If Shopify sends a store domain to Northstar, the app starts OAuth immediately.
The manual store-domain form below is a private-pilot fallback only. For App Store review, Northstar should be launched from a Shopify-owned surface so the shop is already known.
