Merchant workspace data

For pilot merchants, Northstar stores product catalog information, evidence documents, alert review records, case notes, and related operational metadata needed to deliver the workflow.

How information is used

Northstar uses this information to operate the product, support the pilot, respond to requests, and improve the workflow. Northstar does not sell merchant data.

Third-party services

Northstar connects to Shopify for catalog access and may use infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and secure delivery. Merchants remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations.

Retention

Northstar retains information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the pilot, support the merchant, meet contractual obligations, and handle lawful data requests.
